They fit perfectly, though I did find the jersey pants a tad too loose, so I sent them back and got the slim fit ones instead—no hassle with the exchange at all. The customer service is fantastic. I want to share my appreciation for the amazing manager at the Swish store in Bowral. These days, it’s pretty hard to come across customer service like the kind she provides. It’s also uncommon to find someone in a clothing shop who knows the inventory so well and can understand what her customers need, often even better than they do themselves.

I picked up a beautiful dress that I wouldn’t have thought about without her suggestion, and she never makes you feel like you’re asking too much. One time, I called to inquire about a piece of jewelry I spotted there, and after placing an order over the phone, it arrived within the week.

Her cheerful and lively demeanor makes chatting with her a joy, and it really puts you at ease when discussing what you’re looking for.

It’s this level of service, just as much as the clothes, that’ll keep me coming back.

I visited the Swish boutique in Wagga Wagga today. I got there pretty late—right before they were about to close—but nobody hurried me along or mentioned the time.

Sonya provided top-notch service; she was super knowledgeable, really helpful, and gave me honest opinions on the outfits I tried. She styled me perfectly for some fun events I’ve got lined up.

The garments are beautifully crafted and stylish, but I wish some of the tops were a tad longer and the sleeves a bit roomier. I’ve noticed that while the sleeves are indeed wider this season, the tops appear to be shorter. The online service has been top-notch, and the customer support at Bowral was outstanding. I’m totally into Swish! There’s no shop in Adelaide yet (though a few places carry their stuff), but I hit up Melbourne often to shop there. The team at the Malvern store, especially Elizabeth, are just wonderful! Elizabeth sends me photos of new arrivals, so I get first dibs on the latest styles. They offer beautifully made fashion for women who wear larger sizes.

For many years, I've been able to snag my whole wardrobe from Swish. The staff are super helpful, not at all pushy, and they offer some solid advice. They really go out of their way to assist you in finding the clothes you want, especially in the larger sizes.

Generally great service - but sometimes, things can go a bit sideways. The clothing I got isn’t always exactly like what’s shown in the pictures - if there’s more than one color in a style, make sure to mention the color that’s shown, especially if it’s a print - or better yet, show all the color options.

Returning items is straightforward. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to offer more shorter styles for folks like me who are under 5'4"!
